Order Confirmation

All orders are automatically confirmed by email. Normally, within a maximum of 24 hours on weekdays, you will receive an email if there are any issues with delivery, such as backorders or out-of-stock items.

You can always track your order status by following the link provided in your order confirmation or by logging into your member account. The order status is displayed in the top left corner of the order page.

Payment Methods

We accept Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and MobilePay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the booking price. Failure to attend without cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the booking price.

Holidays / Closures

No compensation is provided for closure days or holiday periods.

Payment

Payment is charged immediately upon purchase, both for bookings and gift cards.

Right of Withdrawal / Refunds

If you cancel your booking online more than 24 hours before the appointment, the payment will automatically be refunded to the payment card used.

Products purchased in-store are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase by contacting Aalborg Beauty ApS, unless the gift card has already been used.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

The gift card can be printed immediately after payment has been completed and will also be sent by email. A purchase confirmation will also be sent by email.

Shipping

Aalborg Beauty uses GLS for shipping.

Overseas and international destinations are charged shipping fees according to the applicable PostNord rates. These rates are integrated into our system, and you will always be informed of the shipping cost before placing your order.

You will never pay more than the amount calculated by the system.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal

Products purchased in-store or through the website may not be returned or exchanged.

The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

You must notify us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase. Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Items returned without postage paid or sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, and any protective packaging must remain unopened and undamaged.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will, however, reimburse the original shipping costs to you.

If you would like your money refunded, it will help us process your request if you also provide your bank details. We require the following information:

We will return the amount to your account as soon as the returned goods have been received.

After the 20-day return/withdrawal period, we will ONLY accept returns if the goods have been damaged or if we have sent the wrong items.

Complaints and Warranty

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Where possible, Aalborg Beauty will replace or repair defective goods. However, we reserve the right to resolve a complaint by refunding the purchase price of the item.

The right to make a complaint does not cover faults or wear and tear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect use, poor maintenance, misuse, violence, or unauthorized use or modifications.

The invoice must be presented to Aalborg Beauty when making a complaint.

Any complaint regarding defects in delivered products must be made to Aalborg Beauty within a reasonable period after the buyer discovered, or should reasonably have discovered, the defect. Otherwise, the buyer loses the right to claim the defect.

You must describe and, upon request, demonstrate the nature of the defect.

The cost of return shipping for this type of return will, by agreement, be covered by Aalborg Beauty.

Partial delivery: The full amount is charged when the final shipment is dispatched.
Partially out of stock: The amount is charged upon dispatch, minus the value of out-of-stock items.
Out of stock: No payment is charged, and the order is cancelled.

You will be contacted before the order is processed and will, of course, have the option to cancel the entire order.
