I am self-employed and reserve your treatment appointment exclusively for you. Therefore, cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your treatment.

For cancellations made within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged. This also applies in cases of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, as the appointment can no longer be offered to another customer.
